Stephanie adapts and customises your experience to ensure every client receives the full value during their therapeutic journey. Drawing on a range of different theories, therapeutic models and practice approaches, sessions will focus on you as an individual with the aim of reaching your goals.
Common approaches to Stephanie's approach include:
EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming (certified), cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, skills training, and communication training.
