Athlete & Personal Trainer turned Acupuncturist
Prior to pursuing a career as a Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist, Rachel was a Personal Trainer assisting clients with an array of health goals including injury prevention, weight loss, emotional wellbeing, and mental performance. It was during Rachel’s fitness career, managing gyms and years spent as a competing athlete when she experienced firsthand the powerful benefits of Acupuncture for sporting injuries and pain relief. It was also during Rachel's fitness career that she recognised the power behind thoughts, emotions, and the driving ability they have on health/issues and healing like weight loss/gain, hormonal imbalances, menstrual cycle imbalances, stress, addictions, pain, injuries, and mental wellbeing.
